Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Pulsar New Zealand (the Seller) online service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by the Seller.

The Pulsar New Zealand website www.pulsarthermal.co.nz is owned and operated by Archetype Precision Systems Limited, t/a Pulsar New Zealand and Advanced Optics.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, browsing or using this site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions, as well as any relevant disclaimers contained herein. Furthermore, by continuing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. By purchasing a product from this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Seller reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained herein at any time and you should constantly check the current terms and conditions. The Seller reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. Any orders cancelled by the Seller but paid for will receive a full refund.

Age at Time of Purchase
To purchase from this site, you must be sixteen (18) years of age or over, or if younger, with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Customers or those without a credit card can make alternative purchasing arrangements by contacting us directly by email or telephone.

Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST. If the GST rate changes we reserve the right to immediately amend our prices accordingly.

All prices are correct at the time of publication however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE), provide the Seller protection against mistakes made during webpage design and publication.

Security
The Seller’s website conforms to the highest current security standards.

It is natural for those new to electronic purchasing to be concerned about the security of personal and credit card details. In reality, a commerce transaction on the Internet is significantly more secure than a similar telephone transaction or handing your credit card over the counter in a store. We, the Seller, is not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies set forth in this website. The information, prices and discounts set forth herein are subject to change without notice. If there are any changes after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Please ensure you do not knowingly transmit any material that may contain a virus or other harmful component. Only individuals who can make legally binding contracts may purchase goods and services from this site. The Seller cannot guarantee that it will notice or be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor can the Seller guarantee that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website.

Orders
By placing an order on this website you agree to, and accept the terms and price specified on this website. This price may include additional delivery and other applicable charges. This offer may be accepted or rejected by the Seller for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order.

Your contract with the Seller will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and the Seller provides confirmation that your order has been accepted. Confirmation will be sent via email to your elected email address.

Fraud Protection Program
As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorised or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorised or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or Customer Services may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorised or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorised or illegal activity.

Risk
The Seller will retain ownership of the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you on dispatch from the Seller.

Loss or Damage in Transit
The Seller will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not the Seller is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss. The Seller is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.

Exclusion of Negligence
The Seller is not liable to the buyer in contract or in tort arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to:

a. the performance of the product;
b. any fact, matter or thing relating to the products; or
c. any error in information supplied to the buyer or a user at or after the date of the purchaser's or user's use of the product.

Delivery
Delivery times given on this website are indicative only. The Seller is not liable for any late delivery times but will try and contact the buyer by phone or email if any late deliveries are anticipated.

We are not liable for late deliveries caused by third parties.

You understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or modify any commitment made for the purchase of products from this website once that commitment has been made, for any reason, including without limitation, due to any delay in delivery.

If however, the delivery has not happened after 14 working days from the indicative delivery date, the buyer may elect to treat the failure to deliver as a terminating contractual event. In such an event the Seller will refund any payment made to it in respect of that particular order.

If the Seller is unable to deliver a particular product, the Seller will inform the buyer of the general date of availability. If you, the buyer, are unhappy with that, we will provide a refund of the money paid for that order, or by mutual agreement, fullfil your order at the first opportunity.

Dual-Use Goods
Dual-Use Goods must not be exported outside of New Zealand without our written permission and the granting of a New Zealand Dual-Use Goods Export Licence. To do so is a breach of New Zealand and International Arms Control Law. If you intend to take our Dual-Use Goods outside of New Zealand, contact us for more information and help in your licence application.

Returns Policy 
New products:
We guarantee a money back refund if you are not 100% happy with your online purchase. Products must be returned as new (unused, with original packaging, accessories and documentation in new condition, suitable for resale as a new product).

Notification of a return needs to be made by email or telephone within 5 days of receipt by you.

Once we have received the goods and ascertained that the goods and packaging are as new condition (that they can be resold, for the full original retail price), you will receive a full refund less any courier and packaging charges.

Any courier costs you incur to return the product to us, will not be refunded unless we have made an error. Courier costs are generally non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless we have made an error.

We cannot offer a refund or exchange for any products once the product has been used, tampered with, has missing accessories or if the packaging and documentation has been marked or damaged to the extent that the item is no longer saleable for its original full price.

Our site is aimed at customers who are already reasonably familiar with our good reputation, brand and product line. If you are in any doubt about an item that you are considering purchasing online from us, then please email or telephone us for advice. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm.

If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for exchange or a refund at that time. Please e-mail info@pulsarthermal.co.nz or phone us on 03 9700 570 so that we can inform you of what needs to be done to arrange the refund. You must make a notification within 3 days of receipt.

Clearance Products:
Our refund policy may differ for clearance items. Refer to the product description or email or telephone us for more information.

Pricing valid for clearance period or while stocks last. Please allow 7-10 days for shipping of clearance product. RRPs quoted are our original retail prices.

If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for exchange or a refund at that time. Please refer to size guide when selecting clothing as returns are not accepted on clearance product.

Termination
Your ability to purchase products and services from this website may be terminated at any time by without notice. All disclaimers and limitations of liability by the Seller will survive termination. Should you object to any of these terms & conditions, including any subsequent amendments, you must immediately discontinue use of this website.

3rd Party Advertising, Hyperlinks & Offers
The site may have third party advertisements, referral buttons and other pointers to websites operated by third parties. Huntfishco has no control over these sites and is therefore not responsible for any materials and contents linked to our website. While this information is offered in good faith, it must be understood that Huntfishco does not endorse any of these sites or their advertising and is not responsible for any goods you purchase from them.

Product Descriptions
The Seller and its supplier attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing products detailed on the this website. However, the Seller does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the Seller itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it, in an unused condition, in the original packaging for a refund of the purchase price. The cost to return courier these products to us will be at your expense.

Governing Law
The laws of New Zealand govern any contract arising out of this website, and all disclaimers, terms and conditions and terms of use.

New Zealand and International Law governs the laws related to Dual-Use Goods.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
You, the customer expressly agrees that use of www.pulsarthermal.co.nz  is at your sole risk. Neither the Seller, nor any of their officers, directors, franchisees or employees, agents, third-party content providers, merchants, sponsors, licensors (collectively, "Providers"), or the like, warrant that this website will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of, or as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information content, service, or merchandise provided through this website.

This website is provided by the Seller on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Seller makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the website, the information, content, materials or products, included on this site.

The Seller reserves the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product.

Christmas Delivery Expectancy
Online orders placed on or before the 15th of December can be expected to arrive before Christmas Day. However, any orders placed after this date may be subject to arriving later. Please bear this in mind when ordering from our online shop. We are all at the mercy of tight delivery schedules at busy times.
