Refund policy
Eligibility
- You may return items purchased from our online store for a full refund within 7 days after delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Timeframe
- Refund requests must be initiated within 3 days after delivery date.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 business days.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale items (unless otherwise stated).
- Goods that have been used or damaged, including packaging and documentation, or have missing items.
