Refund policy

Eligibility

  • You may return items purchased from our online store for a full refund within 7 days after delivery date. 
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 
  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation) is required for all returns. 

Timeframe

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 3 days after delivery date. 
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 business days. 

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items (unless otherwise stated).
  • Goods that have been used or damaged, including packaging and documentation, or have missing items.
