New Zealand sales

We offer free shipping throughout New Zealand via courier. All items must be signed for upon delivery.

South Pacific sales

Our sales territory includes:

• New Caledonia
• Cook Islands
• Tonga
• Samoa
• Other Islands within this region.

We will provide a shipping cost prior to sale. Please phone us on +64 3 9700 570 for more information or email us.

Shipping within the South Pacific region requires an export license issued by the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. We will apply for this on your behalf and carries no additional cost.

All goods must not be re-exported due to our licensing agreement and international restrictions on 'Dual Use Goods'.

In the event that a warranty issue or servicing is required, the goods must be returned to our premises at:

Advanced Optics, 1/11 Coman Drive, Richmond, Tasman 7081, New Zealand.

Returned goods must be signed for upon delivery.

For sales outside of New Zealand, it is the returners responsibility to ensure that the goods returned have the necessary licensing for your country.
